Heloisa Fischer has transformed public communication in Brazil through her innovative, research-driven approach to plain language. As founder of Comunica Simples, she created the Método Comunica Simples, the country’s first structured plain language methodology, now widely adopted by government agencies, universities, and private organizations. Her Master’s research in Design at PUC-Rio explored the impact of plain language on digital public services, and she authored the first book on plain language in Portuguese. Through workshops, consulting, and training programs, Heloisa has empowered thousands of professionals to communicate clearly and effectively. She has also served on the
