Robin Kilroy has more than 20 years of experience with the Canadian federal government. She has worked as a Translator, Language Analyst, Communicator, Instructional Designer, Innovation Designer, Facilitator, and Manager. She has a keen interest in plain language and the field of Human Systems Dynamics (HSD) — specifically how HSD can help embed plain language into teams made up of subject matter experts.
